Two Month Check-Up

On Tuesday, January 21 (Inauguration Day of President Barack Obama) Lukasz had his two-month check-up. He now weighs in at 12 lbs 14 oz and measures about 22.5 inches. His head has also grown more than an inch to a whopping 15 and 3/4 inches. He had his first three vaccinations, but did great. His jovial nature with the doctor turned to utter disgust and shock when the nurse stuck him not once, not twice, but three times. Poor little guy! He let us know he wasn't pleased, but was sound asleep in his car seat before we even made it out the door of the doctor's office. 

He will get three more vaccinations in two weeks. We gave him infant Tylenol, but he did great. He was a bit fussy and didn't eat quite like he had been for about 24 hours, but he's back to his silly self already! 

Grandma and Grandpa Berecz bought him this onesie at Stone Brewery this week. Daddy likes Arrogant Bastard beer, so the t-shirt is pretty accurate! :-)
