Shire is sending the three of us to Iowa to check out the Cedar Rapids area this week. Steve's not officially received an offer yet, but we have to believe that this move is positive!
We fly out on Tuesday and will meet with a realtor on Wednesday and Thursday, plus spend some time exploring on our own.
We're very excited to see what the area has to offer. Granted, it won't be Newport Beach. But what will? We're exceptionally anxious to see what kind of house we can get for our money. We're very excited to have MORE house for LESS money. We're also looking forward to meeting some fantastic mid-westerners. The idea of exploring a new geography is very appealing to us. So much to look forward to!
It's a very exciting time, and we are feeling very hopeful and positive! Finally.
